I’ve been a huge Foo Fighters fan since 1995 when Dave put together the self-titled album. I’ve been a Dave Grohl fan even longer … since his Scream and Nirvana days. Last year for my birthday, I saw them in Denver. I had a giant sign that read “Hey Dave, it’s my birthday!” I had almost given up hope he would see it (we were in the pit, pretty close to the front) until the final song of the encore … Everlong! It just so happens Everlong is my favorite song.
